Minimal Renaissance, in which visual and motion artist Fuat Degirmenci brings a modern interpretation to the rare works of the Renaissance, was launched as an NFT collection through a collaboration between Dubai's Art World Creation NFT Gallery and Octopus Signage.
The 3D digital art series, made up of bold brushstrokes and precise motion, revives leading masterpieces of the era such as Vermeer's “Girl with a Pearl Earring,” da Vinci's “Mona Lisa,” Dali's “The Elephants” and Van Gogh's “Self-Portrait.”
Degirmenci's artistic interpretations, blending tradition with today's advanced technologies, were also featured on Designboom's list of the Top 10 NFTs of 2022.
The innovative NFT module developed by Octopus gives buyers the chance to own a physical artwork in addition to their NFT purchase. Printed to digital screens using OctopusNFT technology, the works don't just sit in their owners' cold wallets — they're also displayed as unique artworks in the physical world.
