Our products handle complex processes — multi-screen management, content scheduling, remote device control and data analytics. So for us design isn't just visuals; it's the art of simplifying complex systems.
We're now looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to own our product experience at a strategic level.
The strategic purpose of the role
- Own the product experience end to end
- Build and execute a UX strategy
- Turn complex B2B processes into simple, clear, scalable interfaces
- Bring a design perspective to the product roadmap
- Strengthen the foundations of our design culture and design system
Responsibilities
- Design advanced user flows for web-based SaaS management panels
- Plan UX research and integrate the findings into the product
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Run UX audits on existing products and offer metric-based improvements
- Build and manage a component-based, sustainable design system
- Be mature enough to mentor junior/mid-level designers (team growth is planned)
The profile we're looking for
- Minimum 4–6 years of UI/UX experience
- Experience in SaaS / B2B dashboard design in particular
- Advanced Figma skills (component architecture, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Command of UX research methodologies (usability testing, heuristic evaluation, personas, journey maps)
- Able to think analytically and work with product metrics
- Has worked with developer teams and understands technical constraints
- Strong enough communication to defend design decisions
- Problem-solving focused and systematic
Nice to have
- Enterprise product experience
- Has built or managed a design system
- Knowledge of micro-interaction and motion
- Basic knowledge of front-end structures (React component logic, CSS systems)
- Data visualization experience
