Octopus Digital Signage is a fast-growing technology company based in Gebze, building digital signage and IoT solutions. We're looking for a Mid-level Front-End Developer to join the team building modern, scalable, high-performance web applications.
Role description
As a Front-End Developer you'll play an active role in building our core platforms using Next.js, React and TypeScript. Working alongside product managers, designers and backend developers, you'll build high-UX, sustainable and performant interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain front-end applications using Next.js, React and TypeScript
- Turn UI/UX designs into responsive, clean code
- Develop with a focus on performance and scalability
- Work with backend teams to implement API and service integrations
- Take part in code reviews and align with team standards
- Own the features you build end to end
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of front-end development experience
- Hands-on project experience with Next.js, React and TypeScript
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with SSR, Static Site Generation (SSG) and API integrations
- Familiarity with Git and in-team development processes
- Open to learning, able to take responsibility and a team player
Nice to have
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern styling frameworks
- Basic knowledge of Node.js or backend architectures
- Interest in web performance and accessibility
- Curiosity about digital signage or IoT projects
